Are you trying to change your lifestyle in order to get healthier habits? The summer is a great time to start your new life since there are so many natural ways to do it during this season. It’s easier than ever to exercise since you can go jogging in the nature, swimming in the sea or spend some time cycling while looking at the beautiful nature. It’s also easier to eat healthy since you’ll be able to get your hands on fresh fruits and vegetables all summer.

Fruit can be a great health when it’s time to change to a healthier way of living and since I would like to give you some help on the way, I’ve listed 5 healthy fruits for you.

  1. Blueberries – These little berries are very rich in antioxidants and that means they can help prevent and fight cancer. They can also protect you against urinary tract infections.
  2. Oranges – They’re tasty, they’re refreshing and they’re rich in vitamin C. They also contain hesperidin, which can be a help in lowering the cholesterol level.
  3. Bananas – If you need to lower the risk of high blood pressure and stroke, bananas can be a great help. They are high in potassium with a low sodium level.
  4. Kiwis – Rich in vitamin C and may also lower the risk of cataracts.
  5. Red grapes – Both red and purple grapes is a great source of resveratrol. This is a powerful antioxidant and it may even help fighting heart disease.
