Healthy exercises for women

Would you like to start exercise today? Are you aware of the fact that some exercises are perfect for men but not as suitable for women and the other way around? With this knowledge in mind, it’s important to find a healthy way to exercise, a way that is suitable for women.

There are some exercises that every woman should do regularly and I’ll mention a couple of them to get you started.

 

  1. Bicycle crunches – you will work your abs as well as your hips while doing this exercise. You start this exercise lying on your back with bent knees. Place your hands behind your neck to make it more comfortable. Crunch up and twist while you bend the left knee towards your chest. This means your right elbow will meet your knee. Continue with the next knee and the next elbow right afterwards without resting. Repeat this 10-15 times, then rest a little, and then repeat the procedure 2-3 times.
  2. Squats – this is an easy, yet effective exercise. It will help you work your core as well as thighs and glutes and you don’t need any equipment. Just stand with your legs wide apart, and the weight on the heels. Bend the knees with the back upright, then straighten the legs and get back to the starting postition again. Make sure to inhale while going down and exhale when going up to get the right flow.

 

These are great exercises for women and there are many more to find as well. You can start creating your own workout scheme with help from these exercises and then complete it with more exercises later on.
