Ab muscle training for women

It’s a well known fact that most men wants to be able to show a ”six pack” but the fact is that many women would like some nice looking ab muscles as well. It can be more difficult for a woman to achieve this though, but it’s definitely not impossible! It’s all about finding the right exercises to get the results we want and you need to find some exercises where your lower abdominal muscles get to work.

I’ve found a great video for you, where you can learn some exercises for beginners. It’ll be a great start if you want to get fit this year! Have a look and see if this might be something for you. I’ve tried some of the exercises in the video and I like the result a lot. It works so much better than sit ups, which actually doesn’t give as good results as you might have heard. My advice for you is to try this instead!
