One of the methods that you might have heard about is to lose weight with help from green tea. So is this just a myth or is it possible to lose weight with help from this method? This depends on how many kgs you’d like to lose and what you’re willing to do in order to succeed.
It’s possible to burn more calories when you drink green tea than you would do without drinking any tea, but the difference isn’t huge. The best way to reach your weight loss goal is to combine green tea with exercise. Take quick walks, play tennis with a friend or do whatever you find fun. Remember that you will need to drink 5-6 cups of green tea per day in order to see any difference. It’s very important that you drink plenty of water as well and you shouldn’t stop eating either, just make sure to eat healthy food.
Green tea is also healthy in other ways. It makes you more relaxed and calm, benefits that can be really useful in the stressful society that we live in today. It also tastes good, which is of course a big bonus. It doesn’t contain any calories if you avoid milk and sugar in it and it does contain some vitamins which makes it even better for your health. This means you can drink green tea in order to become healthy, but don’t expect any miraculous weight loss results.
