Start training today – get rid of several kilos

Easter is over and it’s a well known fact that most people eat plenty of candy during Easter. That’s nice of course and there’s no reason to turn all that down but it’s important to get back in shape right after the feast. Fortunately most candy contain large amounts of water and water is easy to get rid of. This means that you will be able to lose the kgs that you’ve gained during Easter without months of hard work. It can be a good idea to find a fun way to exercise though and I’ve listed some types of exercise that I find very enjoyable.

  • African dance – This is the perfect type of training since you will burn plenty of calories while having fun! It’s a quick and fun way of training and you will feel the rhythm in your blood when you discover how to dance.
  • Partner dance – Another way of dancing that lets you bring your partner. This is a great way to exercise if you want to do something fun while spending time with your loved one. You will burn plenty of calories at the same time as well.
  • Core training – This is a great way to strenghten the core muscles. You will get better balance and more power by training the lower back and the abdominals.
  • Aerobics – This is a great way of training if you enjoy dance and gymnastics. You will learn to combine plenty of moves and steps and you will burn plenty of calories during an aerobics class. The possibility to exercise in a group instead of working out alone is great since it will make it easier to go on with the training.

These are just suggestions. The best thing you can do is to find a kind of training that really matches your personal preferences. Maybe you prefer tennis, running, riding or weight lifting. It really doesn’t matter as long as you exercise. Make sure to let your body work and the extra kgs you gained during Easter will soon be gone!
