Citrus Smoothie

  • Light vanilla yogurt
  • Orange juice (fresh squeezed orange juice is the healthiest choice)
  • ½ lemon
  • Light strawberry yogurt
  • 1 banana


This is all you need to make a healthy and tasty smoothie, and the best thing is that it’s real easy to make a smoothie like this. You just need to peel the fruits and chop it in pieces. Put them in the blender and mix. Add the juice and the yogurt and mix again until the mix is smooth. Pour in a glass and enjoy!
