Get healthy with help from exotic fruits

Are you a fan of exotic fruits? I sure am! I love these delicious fruits, and do you know what the greatest thing is? They actually make you healthier. How? Well, they have plenty of health benefits and I will tell you some of them to make it more obvious why you should give these fruits a chance, and which fruits you should include in your fruit salad.

  • Papaya – This fruit has a soothing effect on your stomach, since it’s non-acidic. It also contains plenty of vitamin C and beta-caroten, antioxidants which are known to be vital to the health.
  • Star fruit – This fruit looks really awesome and the fact is, it is awesome as well! It’s a low-calory fruit with plenty of vitamin C, which makes it a healthy choice. It’s also rich in fibres, and it will help you decrease the risk of heart diseases.
  • Kumquats – You may not have heard of this fruit, but it’s great for your blood pressure! It contains almost as much vitamin C as an orange, and it’s a better choice than apples, for example, if you want a large amount of vitamins at the same time.
  • Prickly Pears – The best choice if you want to decrease the risk of diabetes type II, as it contains plenty of magnesium.

Eager to try these tasty fruits? Why not mix them all together in a delicious salad? That’s a tasty health boost for sure!
