Make your own fruit juice – healthy and tasty at the same time

I don’t know much about the weather conditions over at your place today but over here it’s not warm, not even close to warm actually. Despite the cold temperature I started to think of summer today and that led my thoughts to fruit juice vs. soft drinks. I’ve completely stopped drinking soft drinks this year, not only because of the health issue but also because I definitely prefer the taste of fresh made fruit juice. It tastes fresh, it’s definitely healthier and it even looks more tempting.

By choosing fresh fruit juices this summer you will make sure that your body get plenty of antioxidants every day since you can find antioxidants in both fruit and vegetables. You’ll also give your body a chance to get enough of vitamin C, which can be difficult to manage if you don’t eat plenty of fruit and vegetables on a daily basis. This means you can become a lot healthier and you will also get a true taste sensation. Sure, it requires some effort to make fresh squeezed fruit juice but it’s worth every minute of work!

You can use your own favorite fruits for this purpose and this recipe is just a suggestion from me. I love tropical fruits like mango, and orange is another favorite of mine. In this recipe you get them both. Enjoy!

  • 1 orange
  • 1 mango
  • 1 kiwi

Peel the fruits and chop them into pieces. It will be easier if you make the pieces quite small. After doing this preparation it’s time to use the juicer. Mix all fruit pieces well to get a smooth and tasty juice. Enjoy 🙂
