Enjoy a tasty tomato soup

Would you like to get a healthier lifestyle and lose some weight at the same time? One of the first things to change is your eating habits and you need to replace all that unhealthy fast food with healthy dishes. Various soups are perfect if you want to lose weight quickly, and there are plenty of tasty soups to try. The soup from the recipe below is very rich in taste and very healthy. You can experiment with the ingredients and add some and remove some. It’s all up to you.

Soup with tomato and mushroom

Ingredients:

2 onions

2 garlic cloves

2 tablespoons butter

2 tablespoons olive oil

8 cups mushrooms (preferably fresh ones)

3 cups beef broth

2 cups water

½ cup red wine

½ cup tomato paste

4 tablespoons fresh parsley

Black pepper and salt

Directions:

  1. Slice the onion and the mushrooms, mince the garlic.
  2. Heat butter and oil in a saucepan. Cook garlic and onion until it’s soft.
  3. Add the mushrooms, leave it in the saucepan for 5 minutes.
  4. Add wine, water and broth along with tomato paste. Season well. Heat until ready. Garnish with fresh, chopped parsley.
  5. Bon appetit!
